1. Access and use
By using mobiwonder.com you agree to these terms. You must be old enough to form a binding contract where you live, and you’re responsible for keeping your account secure.
2. Products and orders
eSIMs are digital products delivered by email. Prices are shown in your selected currency and confirmed at checkout. We may cancel orders for suspected misuse, overbooking or resale.
3. Refund policy
Plans that haven’t been installed or activated can be refunded in full within 30 days of purchase — just contact support. Once activated, we’ll consider a partial or full refund if a technical issue stopped you using it, or if less than 1% of the data was used. Expired or fully used plans aren’t refundable. Decisions are made case by case.
4. eSIM compatibility & restrictions
You’re responsible for checking that your device is eSIM-compatible and carrier-unlocked before buying. Each eSIM can be installed once and can’t be transferred between devices.

6. External links and third parties
Networks are provided by local partner carriers. We aren’t responsible for third-party sites we link to.
7. Disclaimer and liability
Coverage and speeds depend on local networks and can vary. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the affected plan.
8. Termination
We may suspend service for misuse or breach of these terms.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.
