If you haven’t installed your eSIM or activated the data plan, you’re eligible for a full refund within 30 days of purchase. Just contact us to start the process.


Remboursements pour les forfaits activés ou peu utilisés

Once the eSIM is installed and the plan is activated, it’s considered used—so a full refund isn’t guaranteed. However, we may offer a partial or full refund in specific cases, such as:

  • Vous avez rencontré des problèmes techniques rendant le forfait inutilisable
  • Vous avez activé le forfait mais utilisé moins de 1 % des données
