- Friends placing their very first MobiWonder order of $10.00 CAD or more (before tax) get $5.00 off.
- You earn $5.00 in MobiWonder store credit as soon as your friend’s order is paid. No limit on referrals.
- If a friend’s order is refunded or cancelled, that $5.00 credit is voided. If you already spent it, we absorb it — your balance never goes below $0.00.
- Unclaimed credit is held for 12 months with reminders on day 3 and day 30; claimed store credit is valid for 12 months.
1. Who can use a referral link
Any friend placing their very first MobiWonder order of $10.00 or more (before tax and discount) may use your referral link or 6-character referral code to receive $5.00 off. You cannot use your own referral link or refer yourself across secondary email addresses.
2. How and when you earn $5 credit
You earn $5.00 in MobiWonder store credit right when your friend’s qualifying first order is paid. There is no cap on how many friends you can refer.
3. Claiming & spending your credit
No account is needed to create or share your referral link. To view your balance or spend your earned credit, you confirm your email address with a 6-digit passwordless code. For privacy, we only display the first name of friends who used your link — never their email address.
4. Refunds, cancellations & absorbed credit
If a referred friend’s order is cancelled or refunded (or partially refunded below $10.00), the $5.00 credit from that order is voided and we notify you by email. If you have already spent that credit, MobiWonder absorbs the difference — your store credit balance never goes below $0.00 and your payment card is never charged.
5. Expiry & reminders
Unclaimed referral credit is held for 12 months from the date it was earned, with reminder emails sent on day 3 and day 30. Once claimed into your account, store credit remains valid for 12 months.
6. Fair use & restrictions
Referral links are intended for personal sharing with friends, family, and fellow travellers (via WhatsApp, SMS, email, or QR code in person). Posting links on coupon sites, running paid search/social ads on MobiWonder brand terms, or automated self-referrals will result in the link being disabled and associated credits voided.
