How to Fix “No Internet” Issues on iOS with MobiWonder eSIM

If your iPhone isn’t connecting to the internet while using your MobiWonder eSIM, it may be due to network settings, configuration issues, or signal availability. Follow these steps to troubleshoot and get back online:


Check if Your Plan Is Activated

Make sure your MobiWonder eSIM is activated and ready to use.


Turn Off Wi-Fi

Sometimes your device may try to prioritize a weak Wi-Fi connection.

  • Go to Settings
  • Tap Wi-Fi
  • Toggle Wi-Fi off

Verify eSIM Is Enabled & Set as Preferred

  • Go to Settings
  • Tap Mobile Service or Cellular
  • Tap your eSIM
  • Make sure “Turn On This Line” is enabled
  • Go back, tap Mobile Data (or Cellular Data)
  • Select your eSIM as the active data line

Enable Data Roaming

  • Open Settings
  • Tap Mobile Service or Cellular
  • Select your eSIM
  • Turn Data Roaming on

Restart Your iPhone

  • Press and hold the Volume Down + Side Button
  • Slide to power off
  • Turn your device back on by holding the Side Button until the Apple logo appears

Switch Off 5G

  • Go to Settings
  • Tap Mobile Service or Cellular
  • Select your eSIM
  • Tap Voice & Data
  • Switch from 5G to 4G, LTE, or 3G

Refresh Network with Airplane Mode

  • Open Settings
  • Turn Airplane Mode on
  • Wait 15 seconds
  • Turn it off again

Reset Network Settings

This will remove all saved Wi-Fi networks and reset mobile settings.

  • Go to Settings
  • Tap General
  • Select Transfer or Reset iPhone
  • Tap Reset > Reset Network Settings

Manually Select Your Network

  • Open Settings
  • Tap Mobile Service or Cellular
  • Select your eSIM
  • Tap Network Selection
  • Turn Automatic off
  • Choose CMLINK (MobiWonder’s network provider)
