If you’re experiencing slow speeds while using your MobiWonder eSIM, it could be due to factors like network congestion or signal coverage. Try the steps below to troubleshoot and improve your connection:
✈️ Toggle Airplane Mode
- Ouvrez Réglages
- Turn Airplane Mode on
- Attendez 15 secondes
- Turn Airplane Mode off
This refreshes your network connection and can often resolve temporary slowdowns.
🔄 Restart Your iPhone
- Press and hold the Volume Down button + Side Button until the power-off slider appears
- Drag the slider to turn off your iPhone
- Once it’s off, press and hold the Side Button again until the Apple logo appears
📶 Manually Select the Network
- Accédez à Réglages
- Appuyez sur Service mobile ou Données cellulaires
- Select your installed eSIM (usually labeled Mobile Data)
- Tap Network Selection
- Turn Automatic off
- Select CMLINK (MobiWonder’s network provider) from the list
