If you’re experiencing slow data speeds while using your MobiWonder eSIM on a Google Pixel device, it could be due to factors like network congestion or signal coverage. Here are a few steps you can take to troubleshoot the issue:

Toggle Airplane Mode

  1. Ouvrez Réglages
  2. Tap Network & Internet
  3. Turn Airplane Mode on
  4. Wait for about 15 seconds
  5. Turn Airplane Mode off

This quick reset can often resolve temporary connection issues.

Redémarrer votre appareil

  1. Press and hold the Power + Volume Up buttons
  2. Tap Restart when the option appears

A reboot can help clear minor glitches that affect network performance.

Manually Select a Network

  1. Accédez à Réglages
  2. Tap Network & Internet
  3. Select SIMs
  4. Tap on your installed eSIM (e.g., CMLink)
  5. Make sure the eSIM is enabled
  6. Turn off Automatically Select Network
  7. Manually choose CMLink as your network
