Refunds for Non-Activated Plans

If you haven’t installed your eSIM or activated the data plan, you’re eligible for a full refund within 30 days of purchase. Just contact us to start the process.


Refunds for Activated or Minimally Used Plans

Once the eSIM is installed and the plan is activated, it’s considered used—so a full refund isn’t guaranteed. However, we may offer a partial or full refund in specific cases, such as:

  • You experienced technical issues that made the data plan unusable
  • You activated the plan but used less than 1% of the data
