How to Fix Slow Network Speeds on iOS

If you’re experiencing slow speeds while using your MobiWonder eSIM, it could be due to factors like network congestion or signal coverage. Try the steps below to troubleshoot and improve your connection:


✈️ Toggle Airplane Mode

  1. Open Settings
  2. Turn Airplane Mode on
  3. Wait 15 seconds
  4. Turn Airplane Mode off

This refreshes your network connection and can often resolve temporary slowdowns.


🔄 Restart Your iPhone

  1. Press and hold the Volume Down button + Side Button until the power-off slider appears
  2. Drag the slider to turn off your iPhone
  3. Once it’s off, press and hold the Side Button again until the Apple logo appears

📶 Manually Select the Network

  1. Go to Settings
  2. Tap Mobile Service or Cellular
  3. Select your installed eSIM (usually labeled Mobile Data)
  4. Tap Network Selection
  5. Turn Automatic off
  6. Select CMLINK (MobiWonder’s network provider) from the list
