If you’re experiencing slow data speeds while using your MobiWonder eSIM on a Google Pixel device, it could be due to factors like network congestion or signal coverage. Here are a few steps you can take to troubleshoot the issue:
Toggle Airplane Mode
- Open Settings
- Tap Network & Internet
- Turn Airplane Mode on
- Wait for about 15 seconds
- Turn Airplane Mode off
This quick reset can often resolve temporary connection issues.
Restart Your Device
- Press and hold the Power + Volume Up buttons
- Tap Restart when the option appears
A reboot can help clear minor glitches that affect network performance.
Manually Select a Network
- Go to Settings
- Tap Network & Internet
- Select SIMs
- Tap on your installed eSIM (e.g., CMLink)
- Make sure the eSIM is enabled
- Turn off Automatically Select Network
- Manually choose CMLink as your network
