How to Fix “No Internet” Issues on Android with MobiWonder eSIM

If your Android device isn’t connecting to the internet while using your MobiWonder eSIM, it could be due to a variety of network or device settings. Here’s a step-by-step guide to help you troubleshoot:

Confirm Your Plan Is Activated

First, make sure your MobiWonder eSIM is properly installed and activated. If it’s not, the device won’t connect to the network.

Turn Off Wi-Fi

Sometimes your phone may default to a weak Wi-Fi signal.

  • Open Settings
  • Tap Connections
  • Toggle Wi-Fi off

Check If eSIM Is Enabled & Set for Mobile Data

  • Go to Settings
  • Tap Connections > SIM Manager
  • Make sure your eSIM (e.g., CMLINK) is enabled
  • Tap Mobile Data and ensure your MobiWonder eSIM is selected as the active data line

Enable Data Roaming

  • Go to Settings
  • Tap Connections > Mobile Networks
  • Turn Data Roaming on

Restart Your Device

  • Press and hold the Power Button (or Power + Volume Down)
  • Tap Restart, or hold the Power Button until the device restarts

Disable 5G (Use 4G or 3G Instead)

  • Go to Settings
  • Tap Connections > Mobile Networks
  • Select your eSIM
  • Tap Preferred Network Type
  • Choose 4G or 3G, instead of 5G

Manually Select Your Network

  • Open Settings
  • Go to Connections > Mobile Networks
  • Tap Network Operators
  • Disable automatic selection
  • Choose CMLINK as your provider

If CMLINK isn’t listed, contact our Customer Support Team for assistance.

Toggle Flight Mode

  • Open Settings
  • Tap Connections
  • Turn Flight Mode on
  • Wait 15 seconds
  • Turn Flight Mode off

Reset Network Settings

⚠️ This will reset Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, APN, and other network settings to factory defaults.

  • Go to Settings
  • Search for Reset or navigate to General Management
  • Tap Reset > Reset Network Settings
  • Confirm by tapping Reset Settings

After resetting, double-check your network settings like data roaming and APN, and re-enable them as needed.
