If your Android device isn’t connecting to the internet while using your MobiWonder eSIM, it could be due to a variety of network or device settings. Here’s a step-by-step guide to help you troubleshoot:
Confirm Your Plan Is Activated
First, make sure your MobiWonder eSIM is properly installed and activated. If it’s not, the device won’t connect to the network.

- Open Settings
- Tap Connections
- Toggle Wi-Fi off
Check If eSIM Is Enabled & Set for Mobile Data
- Go to Settings

- Make sure your eSIM (e.g., CMLINK) is enabled
- Tap Mobile Data and ensure your MobiWonder eSIM is selected as the active data line
Enable Data Roaming
- Go to Settings
- Tap Connections > Mobile Networks
- Turn Data Roaming on
Restart Your Device
- Press and hold the Power Button (or Power + Volume Down)
- Tap Restart, or hold the Power Button until the device restarts
Disable 5G (Use 4G or 3G Instead)
- Go to Settings

- Select your eSIM
- Tap Preferred Network Type
- Choose 4G or 3G, instead of 5G

- Go to Connections > Mobile Networks
- Tap Network Operators
- Disable automatic selection
- Choose CMLINK as your provider
If CMLINK isn’t listed, contact our Customer Support Team for assistance.
Toggle Flight Mode
- Open Settings
- Tap Connections
- Turn Flight Mode on
- Wait 15 seconds
- Turn Flight Mode off
Reset Network Settings
⚠️ This will reset Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, APN, and other network settings to factory defaults.
- Go to Settings
- Search for Reset or navigate to General Management
- Tap Reset > Reset Network Settings
- Confirm by tapping Reset Settings
After resetting, double-check your network settings like data roaming and APN, and re-enable them as needed.
