How to Check if Your Phone Supports eSIM

On iPhone

  1. Open Settings
  2. Tap General > About
  3. Look for Carrier Lock or Network Provider Lock
  4. If it says No SIM restrictions, your phone is likely unlocked and eSIM-compatible.

On Android

Steps may vary depending on the brand. Here are examples for popular devices:

Google Pixel

  1. Open Settings
  2. Go to Network & Internet
  3. Tap SIMs
  4. If you see Add carrier or Add eSIM, your device supports eSIM

Samsung Galaxy

  1. Open Settings
  2. Go to Connections
  3. Tap SIM card manager
  4. If there’s an Add eSIM option, your device supports it

For other models, check your phone’s official specs on the manufacturer’s website to confirm eSIM compatibility.
