Once you’ve purchased your MobiWonder eSIM, just follow these simple steps to get connected:
Before You Travel
- Make sure you have an internet connection
- Install your MobiWonder eSIM on your device
- Enable data roaming in your phone’s settings
Once you arrive at your destination, the eSIM will activate automatically.
If Your Plan Doesn’t Activate Automatically
Try the following:
- Ensure the MobiWonder eSIM is turned on in your device settings
- Check that APN (Access Point Name) is set correctly
- If you see MobiWonder listed as the APN, you’re good to go
- If MobiWonder APN isn’t there (on Android), open the MobiWonder app and keep it open for 5 minutes — the APN should auto-configure
📌 Note: Once activated, the service can’t be paused—even if you’re not using it.
