We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. When changes are made, the “last updated” date will reflect the latest version. In case of any discrepancy between translations, the English version shall prevail.

  • Pricing, currency, and delivery terms may change without prior notice. Any billing issues or refund requests must comply with our Refund Policy (see below).

Refund Policy

We want to ensure your experience with MobiWonder is smooth and hassle-free. Here’s how our refund policy works:

Refunds for Non-Activated Plans:
If your eSIM has not been installed or activated, you are eligible for a full refund within 30 days of purchase. Simply contact our support team to begin the process.

Refunds for Activated or Minimally Used Plans:
Once an eSIM is installed and activated, it’s considered used and a full refund may not be available. However, we may consider a partial or full refund under these conditions:

  • You experienced technical issues that prevented usage
  • Your data plan was activated but less than 1% of the data was used

Please note: Once the plan has expired or is fully used, no refund is possible. All refund decisions are at MobiWonder’s discretion and are processed based on case-by-case review.

eSIM Compatibility & Restrictions

  • Not all devices support eSIM. It is your responsibility to confirm compatibility before purchase.
  • MobiWonder services are not intended for illegal or unauthorized use. Use of the service must comply with all applicable laws.

Intellectual Property

  • All content on the MobiWonder website and app is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
  • You may not use our logos, trademarks, or content without prior written consent.

External Links and Third Parties

  • We are not responsible for third-party websites linked from our platform. Use at your own discretion.
  • Payments may be processed via third-party gateways. We do not accept responsibility for issues arising from these platforms.
