How to Fix Slow Network Speeds on Android

If you’re experiencing slow data while using your MobiWonder eSIM, it may be due to signal coverage, local congestion, or temporary network issues. Here are a few steps you can take to troubleshoot on your Android device:


Toggle Airplane Mode

  1. Open Settings
  2. Tap Connections
  3. Turn Flight Mode (Airplane Mode) on
  4. Wait 15 seconds
  5. Turn Flight Mode off

This can help reset your network connection.


Restart Your Device

  • Press and hold the Power button (or Power + Volume Up) to open the power menu
  • Tap Restart, or
  • To force a reboot, press and hold Power + Volume Down until the device restarts

Manually Select Your Network

  1. Open Settings
  2. Tap Connections
  3. Select Mobile Networks
  4. Tap Network Operators
  5. Choose CMLink from the list
