If you’re experiencing slow data while using your MobiWonder eSIM, it may be due to signal coverage, local congestion, or temporary network issues. Here are a few steps you can take to troubleshoot on your Android device:
Toggle Airplane Mode
- Open Settings
- Tap Connections
- Turn Flight Mode (Airplane Mode) on
- Wait 15 seconds
- Turn Flight Mode off
This can help reset your network connection.
Restart Your Device
- Press and hold the Power button (or Power + Volume Up) to open the power menu
- Tap Restart, or
- To force a reboot, press and hold Power + Volume Down until the device restarts
Manually Select Your Network
- Open Settings
- Tap Connections
- Select Mobile Networks
- Tap Network Operators
- Choose CMLink from the list
